I received this about 2 weeks ago and after reading the owners manual I had my wife put it to work ironing right away I filled the water tank and plugged this iron in and the power indicator light came on along with a beeping sound I then set the digital temperature which has settings from 1 to 7 and the display showed both the fabric type and setting number till it was heated up and then I went about ironing some fabrics and this is one awesome high tech iron from its back lit LCD display on the top of the handle to the digital power/temperature controls with vertical steam dial and variable steam output to its comfort grip soft handle auto shut off and its auto clean system the biggest thing is when she when using the steam to always make sure the water fill tank is full for max steam efficiency and with this iron having a little weight to it that made ironing/pressing easier we are highly impressed and happy īlack & Decker Digital Advantage Iron is AWESOME
Good quality for sure and if I ever have to get a new Iron, I would purchase from Black and Decker before choosing any other Iron. I would highly recommend people purchase this really impressive Iron by Black and Decker. I love that feature because with kids you get busy and forget you had it running and least you know that safety feature is there. Another thing I liked is it auto shuts off if left on with not using it. I found that this iron has worked the best for me out of any iron I have ever worked with. The quality of work this iron does people would be really impressed.
I really enjoy the digital buttons on this iron, so much easier to run and easier to tell when it's off instead of having to make sure you unplug to make sure it is off.
